Worldwide Shipping

We ship to 50+ countries with full tracking. Standard delivery is 8–14 business days. Production time is additional.

14-Day Returns

Unworn, unaltered items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom pieces are non-returnable unless there was an error.

Made by Hand

Every piece is made by artisans in Southwest China. Small natural variations between pieces are expected and intentional.

Custom Orders Welcome

Engraving, personalization, size adjustments, bespoke gift sets — we're happy to work with you. Allow 10–14 days.

Repair Service

We repair pieces that fail under normal wear. Contact us and we'll arrange repair or replacement at low or no cost.

Shipping Information

Production + Delivery Timeline

Because every piece is made to order, there are two time periods to keep in mind: production time (making your piece) and delivery time (getting it to you).

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours of dispatch. We dispatch from Shenzhen, China.

Packaging

Jewelry ships in our branded kraft gift box with a satin ribbon, tissue paper wrapping, and a handwritten provenance card. Ceramics are individually bubble-wrapped in a reinforced outer carton. Cast iron items ship with extra corner protection and may require a signature on delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

Please be aware:

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply in their country. We ship with accurate declared values and cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid fees — this is illegal.

Returns & Repairs

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn, unaltered condition.
  • Custom and personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not return without prior confirmation.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please:

  1. Photograph the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery
  2. Send photos and your order details to us via the inquiry form
  3. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — your choice
  4. We cover return shipping costs for damaged/incorrect items

Repair Service

We stand behind the durability of our pieces. If a clasp breaks, a loop opens, or a handle comes loose under normal wear, contact us. We'll arrange repair or replacement at minimal or no cost depending on the situation. We believe the relationship with an artisan-made object should last longer than one season.

What "Handmade" Really Means

Every piece in the CBM collection is made entirely by hand, by a real person in a real workshop. This is meaningful — and it comes with something that mass-produced goods cannot offer: gentle imperfection.

Surface texture variations

Silver pieces may have slightly different surface textures due to hand-polishing. Ceramic glazes will have depth and variation that is impossible to replicate identically.

Dimension and weight differences

All stated dimensions are approximate. Hand-formed pieces may vary by ±2–3mm. Weights are listed as approximate for the same reason.

Colour and finish

Product photography is done in controlled light. Actual colours may appear slightly different under different lighting conditions. We do our best to represent pieces accurately.

These are not flaws — they are the signature of the hand that made your piece. We believe this is what distinguishes a handcrafted object from a commodity.

How to keep your handcrafted pieces looking and feeling their best.

✦ Sterling Silver Jewelry

  • Store in the provided anti-tarnish pouch or an airtight container when not wearing
  • Remove before swimming, bathing, exercising, or applying cosmetics, perfume, or hairspray
  • Polish with a soft silver cloth to restore shine — avoid abrasive cloths or chemicals
  • A small amount of natural tarnishing is normal over time and can be easily removed with polishing
  • Pieces with resin or enamel elements should be kept out of direct sunlight for extended periods

◎ Ceramics & Teaware

  • All ceramic items use food-safe glazes; suitable for tea, coffee, and water
  • Hand washing with mild soap is recommended for longevity; most items are microwave-safe
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g. pouring boiling water into a cold bowl)
  • Natural glaze variations will deepen and become more beautiful with regular use

◈ Cast Iron Teapot

  • After use, empty the pot and leave the lid slightly ajar to allow moisture to escape
  • Never use soap on the exterior — rinse with hot water only
  • Dry thoroughly with a cloth after each use to prevent surface rust on the exterior
  • Occasionally wipe the outer surface with a small amount of food-safe oil to maintain the finish
  • The interior enamel coating protects against rust — do not scrub it with abrasives
  • The pot will improve with use — a well-used cast iron teapot is something to be proud of

Names, dates, initials, or short phrases in Latin, Pinyin, or Miao script symbols. Up to 10 characters on most pieces.

Size Adjustments

Need a non-standard ring size, bracelet length, or necklace chain length? Just ask — we can usually accommodate.

Something entirely new — a motif, a color, a form. We'll discuss your idea and let you know what's possible.
